Orders ship out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You
should receive your item in 3-4 business days after it has been
shipped. Weekends are non-business days!! PLEASE MAKE SURE
THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER IS COMPLETE & ACCURATE!
The address that was provided during the checkout process will be the address the item will be shipped to. Once your order has been shipped, you can not
make any changes to your order as it is no longer in our possession.
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for shipping
issues such as delays, lost package, delivery to the wrong address,
packages return due to failure to be delivered or invalid address
because it is no longer in our possession. If you do have such issues,
please contact the shipping company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Please allow at least a 7-day window when purchasing hair for events
as delays are out of our control. Lengths over 30β may need to be
customized if not in stock which can be an additional 2-4 days
depending on the length. If you get the lace customization add-on
οΌ the hair is not on hand; it will have to be shipped to us & us will
ship to you within the following 2 business days (adding an
additional 3-4 business days).
